In alignment with a client’s five (5) year business strategy, Windval experts were engaged to deliver a strategy and architecture roadmap to consolidate, modernize, re-platform, and improve a large enterprise Unified Communications & Collaboration. The client environment and resulting analysis was expansive (25+ subdomains), including telephony systems, collaboration tools, videoconferencing systems, financial trading and operations systems, contact center solutions, and various backend infrastructure and applications that support end user systems.
Deep expertise across infrastructure design, architecture, operations, and associated systems was required to deliver a comprehensive analysis and set of recommendations to form the blueprint for future engineering projects that would modernize the environment.
